保健食品中壳聚糖含量的分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立保健食品中壳聚糖含量的测定方法。方法:采取正交试验L9(3^4),优化水解工艺条件。结果:以80%H2SO4,温度95℃,时间20min水解效果最佳。结论:该优化条件下得到的壳聚糖水解度为92.0%,重复性试验的RSD为2.8%,回收率试验结果为96.7%-100.4%。
