一起由副溶血弧菌引起的食物中毒的实验室检测 被引量:16

摘要 目的:对一起可疑食物中毒的病原菌相关实验室检测。方法:参照GB/T7489、W S/T.9-1996对食物中毒患者肛拭子进行致病菌检测,并对分离的可疑致病菌进行毒力基因检测、随机扩增多态性分析(RAPD)和药敏试验。结果:11份患者肛拭标本中,8份(占72.7%)分离出副溶血弧菌,血清分型均为O3:K6;毒力基因检测为tdh阳性,trh阴性;RAPD结果显示,8株副溶血弧菌具有相似的RAPD图谱。结论:结合流行病学资料、可疑致病菌检测、毒力基因检测及随机扩增多态性分析结果,证实该起食物中毒是由副溶血弧菌引起,致病毒素主要为tdh编码的TDH。
