随着信息技术突飞猛进和教育改革的深入进行，对教师提出了更高的要求。教育工作者应尽快转变旧的教育意识，树立现代教育观念，及时改变和调整角色职责以适应现代教育的发展要求。
The rapid development of information technology and deepening of educational reform have brought higher requirements for teachers. Teaching staff should change their old notions about education and set up a new concept of it as soon as possible. They must also change and readjust their role duty in teaching in time to meet the needs of modem education.
