摘要
FA 322并条机是陕西宝成新型纺织机械有限公司在消化吸收国内外先进技术经改进后研制出的新型并条机,其性能达到20世纪90年代国际先进水平。文章介绍了FA 322并条机的技术特征,并对FA 322并条机的纺纱性能同其它机型进行了对比试验,其熟条和成纱质量优于无自调匀整并条机,FA 322并条机在使用过程中应注意放大倍数,凹凸罗拉的选择及胶辊的表面清洁及处理。
FA 322 drawing frame is developed and manufactured by Shaanxi Baocheng New Style Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., with performance up to the leading technological level in the 1990s. The technical features of the machine are introduced in the paper. Tests are carried out for comparing FA 322 with its counterparts in term of spinning performance. The test results show that FA 322 outperforms those without autoleveler in term of the quality of both the drawn sliver and the resulted yarn. The paper also points out some problems to be noticed during operation, including drafting ratio, the choice of grooved roller and the surface cleaning and treatment of rubber-covered roller.
