The Surface Functionalization of Nonwovens with Electro-optical Nanostructures

摘要 纳米技术在纺织上有着许多重要的应用。文章阐述了纳米、纳米结构、纳米功能薄膜材料等概念,重点评述了纳米金属氧化物光电功能薄膜、非织造布表面功能化材料的研究现状,提出了运用低温等离子磁控溅射表面沉积技术在非织造布表面构建光电功能纳米结构材料的设想,并展望了它的前景。 Nanotechnology has many important applications in textile field. The paper first gives a brief introduction to the concept of nanometer, nanostructure, nano-functional films, etc. and then reviews the development in the research of nano-metal oxide-based electro-optical films and nonwovens with metallized surface. Finally, it points out that low-temperature plasma enhanced sputter coating is a promising technique for functionalise the surface of nonwovens with electro-optical nanostructures, and the prospects of this technology is anticipated.
