不孕症患者抑郁与个性特征的关系

The relationship among depression and personality traits of infertile women

目的探讨不孕症患者抑郁与个性特征的关系,以便采取有效的干预措施来调节其心理失调,提高不孕症的治疗效果。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)对179名不孕妇女进行问卷调查。结果不孕妇女抑郁检出率44.7%,抑郁组EPQ的P、N得分[(5.24±2.80)分、(15.45±4.01)分]高于无抑郁组[(4.24±2.44)分、(12.34±4.72)分],E分[(9.68±4.45)分]低于无抑郁组[(11.13±4.40)分],其中P、E、N经检验差异有显著性(P<0.05);原发不孕组EPQ的P分[(5.02±2.59)分]高于继发不孕组[(4.18±2.67)分],而E分[(9.88±4.34)分]低于继发不孕组[(11.39±4.54)分],其中P、E经检验差异有显著性(P<0.05);相关分析结果SDS与EPQP,EPQN成正相关,与EPQE成负相关。结论不孕症患者存在抑郁情绪,抑郁的发生与个性特征有关联。

Objective To investigate the relationship among depression and personality traits of infertile women,and to provide basis for implementing psychological intervention companied with somatic therapies. Methods 179 infertile women were surveyed by using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Results The results showed that depression was found in 44.7 % of infertile women , and the scores of P and N were significantly higher and the score of E were significantly lower in depression group of infertile than those in non-depression group of infertile women （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The score of P was significantly higher and the score of E significantly lower in primary infertile than second fertile women （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The correlation analysis showed that the score of SDS was positively correlated to the score of P of EPQ and negatively correlated to the score of E of EPQ, Conclusion There was the depressive problem in infertile women , and the occurfence of depression was correlated to the personality traits of infertile women.
