摘要
在药用真菌的人工培养技术中采用试验生态学方法,研究了蛹虫草Cordyceps militaris的光温生理生态学特性。结果表明。蛹虫草生长发育的适宜温度是17~25℃,子实体生长的最适温度是22℃;蛹虫草菌丝体生长要求黑暗的无光条件,子实体分化形成要求光强在150lx以上,日光灯强光(6000lx)对子实体的生长发育没有不良影响;自然[光]照度与子实体的生物量成呈相关;在子实体的生长过程中,日光灯[光]照度、温度与子实体的虫草素含量呈正相关;在子实体的生长发育过程中,增加黑暗处理可增加子实体重量和直径。
The effect of light and temperature on Cordyceps militaris were investigated. The results showed that light, temperature and photoperiod could influence the development, growth, biomass and cordycepin content in fruitbody of C. militaris significantly. The suitable temperatures for the development of C. militaris are between 17℃ and 25℃ ,and the optimum temperature is 22℃. The mycelia of C. militaris only can grow in dark condition,while the differentiation of the fruithodies of C. militaris need 150 lx or more of light; and even the light from fluorescent lamp was up to 6 000 lx,the fruitbodles of C. militaris could grow well. However,natural light could inhibit the growth of C. militaris fruitbodies. There are positive relation between the cordycepin content of G. militaris fruitbodies and fluorescent lamp light and temperature. Under condition of photopeirod ( dark-light ), G. militaris fruithodies in development stage have more biomass and become bigger than those under uninterrupted light condition. After treatment of high light (3 000 -6 000 lx) and high temperature (25℃) ,the low cordycepin content fruithodies of C. militaris grown under dark-light conditlon,can increase their cordycepin content significantly.
