健康投资与农村卫生事业的发展——对贵州农村医疗卫生现状的思考

人力资本理论认为对国民的健康投资能加快经济增长、减少贫困、促进国家整体经济发展。通过对贵州农村人口健康现状的分析,认为政府对农村卫生资源的投入过少直接影响了农民的健康,而且农民因病致贫、因病返贫问题严重,由此导致了农民丧失劳动力,农民生活困难,拖累农村地区经济发展。为此提出了相关建议:增加政府卫生投入;大力发展农村医疗保健事业;提高农村卫生人员的素质;加强健康教育;建立新型农村合作医疗制度。

Health is the foundation of social development. The human capital theory regards it can quicken the economic growth ,reduce poverty and promote country＇ s overall economic development to invest in national＇ s health. Through the description and analysis of rural population healthy present situation in Guizhou, this essay thought the government has directly affected farmer＇ s health beacause the investment of hygienic resources in countryside was too few,moreover sicknesses induce poor or returns to poor to be serlous,from this caused farmers dlsabled,farmers to llve rough, impedimented the economic development of rural areas. Therefore put forward a series of advices, such as increase government＇ s health investment ,develops the medical and health care cause of rural areas vigorously,enhances the rural medical personnel＇ s quality,strengthens the health education,establishes the new rural co-operatives medical system etc.
