摘要
目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)癌旁组织中nm23-H1表达强度与HCC门静脉转移的关系。方法选择HCC111例,其中门静脉转移、无肝内外转移者各33例,肝外转移45例,另选肝血管瘤(HH)患者30例设为对照,用免疫组化方法检测上述患者癌旁或瘤旁组织的nm23-H1蛋白的表达,采用等级相关分析探讨nm23-H1蛋白表达与门静脉转移之间的关系。结果HCC伴门静脉转移组nm23-H1蛋白表达程度明显低于HCC无肝内外转移组及伴肝外转移组(P<0.05),HCC无肝内外转移组及伴肝外转移组nm23-H1蛋白表达程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),nm23-H1蛋白表达程度在HCC无肝内外转移组与伴肝外转移组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论HCC癌旁组织nm23-H1表达程度与门静脉转移有关,nm23-H1表达程度低发生门静脉转移的可能性大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of nm23-H1 in surrounding liver tissue of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and portal vein metastasis of this disease. Methods The expressions of nm23-H1 being procured with immunohistochemistry in surrounding liver tissue of 111 cases, including portal vein metastasis of 33 cases,extra-hepatic metastasis of 45 cases,and 33 cases without metastasis, and 30 cases of hepatic haemangioma (HH) were investigated,then the relationship between the expressions of nm23-H1 in surrounding liver tissue of HCC and portal vein metastasis of this disease was investigated using statistical method of rank correlation.Results The expressions of nm23-H1 in surrounding liver tissue of HCC in the group of HCC with portal vein metastasis was obviously lower than in the group of HCC without extra- and inter-hepatic metastasis and the group of HCC with extra-liver metastasis (P〈0.05),and that in the group of HCC without extra- and inter-hepatic metasitasis and the group of HCC with extra- liver metastasis, but no relativity was found between themselves (P〉0.05),was lower than in surrounding liver tissue of HH in the group of HH (P〈 0.05).Concluslon The expressions of nm23-H1 in surrounding liver tissue of HCC is related to portal vien metastasis of HCC, and the more lower of expressions of nm23-H1 in surrounding liver tissue of HCC proceeds the more higher of possibility of portal vein metastasis.
