显微内镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Operative treatment of lumbar disc herniation with micro-endoscopic discectomy A clinical report of 86 cases

目的探讨显微内镜腰椎间盘切除术(MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法对采用该疗法的108例进行回顾性分析。结果86例获得临床随访,随访0.5～2年,按Nakai标准评定,优68例,良12例,可8例,差0例。优良率93%。结论MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有手术安全、创伤小、痛苦小、术后恢复快、近期疗效满意等优点。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of MED （Micro-endoscopic discectomy） in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 108 cases of lumbar disc herniation had been operated on with MED, their data were analysed retrospectivaly.Results Among the 180 cases 86 were followed up from 6 months to 2 years.According to the Nakai method, excellent results were in 68 cases,good in 12 cases,fairly good in 8 cases;the excellent-good rate was 93%.Conclusion For lumbar disc herniation, MED is a perfect surgical procedure.It has many such advantages as safety, minimal invasion, less postoperative pain, earlier recovery after operation, good short-term therapeutic effect.
