人工股骨头置换术并发症的分析

Analysis on the complications following artificial femoral head replacement

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术后并发症的发生原因及预防办法。方法通过对1993-01～2003-0152例人工股骨头置换术患者的随访,对出现的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果按Harris评分标准,优良率81%,发生并发症10例占20%,各种并发症共出现21例次,其中65岁以上者4例次,65岁以下者17例次。主要并发症为早期切口脂肪液化、髋痛及感染,中晚期为髋白磨损、假体松动。结论人工股骨头置换术适宜于65岁以上体弱、活动少的患者。

Objective To study the causes and preventive methods of complication after artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 52 patients had received artificial femoral head replacement from january 1993 to January 2003, and were followed up; their clinical data on complications were studied. Results According to Harris functional assessment standards,the excellent and good rates of the treatment accounted for 81% and 10 cases（20%） had complications. Various complications occurred in 21 case-times, in which 4 ease-times in the patients aged 〉65yr. The main complications were fat colliquation at incision, hip pain and infection at the early stage, while acetabular wear and prosthesis loose at medium-late stage.Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement is an optimal operation for those patients above 65yr, who are less active and of weak physique.
