Urban Drainage and Water Safety

雨水管网是城市健康发展的生命线,通过对苏州市雨水管网现状,以及在规划、设计、建设、管理等方面存在问题的分析,探讨了完善雨水管网与城市防洪、水环境改善、水资源利用三方面的关系,按照建设生态城市和社会可持续发展的目标,提出了相应的解决措施和对雨水处理回用的设想,以实现城市水安全三方面的协调发展。

Raining pipe network is the lifeblood of urban health development.Through analyzing the present situation of raining pipe network,the problem existed in planning,design,construction and management etc.the paper approaches to the relation for improving raining pipe network with three aspects such as urban flood control,water environment and use of water resources.According to the target of sustainable development for building eco-cities and society,the paper puts forward the corresponding measure for solving and the idea for reuse of rainfall treatment so as to implement coordination development in three aspects of urban water safety.
