摘要
高羊茅是一种重要的冷季型草坪草和牧草。近年来分子标记技术广泛应用在高羊茅的遗传图谱的构建、比较基因组作图、亲缘关系和系统分类研究、遗传多样性的检测、品种指纹图谱的绘制及非整倍体和Festuca×Loli-um属间杂种鉴定等方面。本研究对分子标记在高羊茅研究中的应用进展和前景进行了综述。
F. arundinacea is a major cool season forage and turf grass in the temperate regions of the world. Recently, molecular marker technique has been applied widely in studies of F. arundinacea such as construction of genetic linkage map, comparative genome mapping, analysis of phylogenetic relationships, determination of genetic diversity, genomic fingerprinting, characterization of intergeneric Lolium-Festuca hybrids, and differentiation of monosomic lines. This paper reviewed the application progress of molecular marker in F. arundinacea and discussed its prospective utilization in future study.
