摘要
利用C-分带和RAPD对小麦族赖草属的8个材料进行了比较研究。结果发现,大部分染色体都显示较强的末端带,着丝粒带和中间带则不丰富,除02I-191号材料外,其他几种材料之间变异不大。RAPD结果表明,45条随机引物中的35条(占77.8%)扩增出131条具有多态性的条带,其中22条为特异性条带,可以分别追踪8个大赖草材料。另外,OPC05还可以特异性追踪大赖草添加系中的第7和第14号染色体。
Eight accessions of L. racemosus in Triticeae were compared by C-banding and RAPD analysis. C- banding showed that most chromosomes of the eight tested accessions share strong terminal bands, but lack centromeric and intercalary bands. There was a little differences among the eight accessions except 02I-191. The genetic diversity among the eight accessions was surveyed by RAPD analysis. Out of 45 arbitrary detainer primers tested, 35 (77.8%) primers could amplify a total of 169 bands, including 131 polymorphic bands and 22 specific bands, which can be used to trace this eight L. racemosus accessions expectedly. Moreover, primer OPC05 could be used to trace the 7th and 14th chromosomes of Leymus in the wheat-Leymus addition lines.
