摘要
目的:通过对磁粉内核的制备条件进行研究,并探索研究壳聚糖磁性微球对造纸废水处理成效。方法:以F e3O4作为磁性内核,戊二醛作交联剂,通过反相悬液交联法制备出了单分散、窄分布的强磁性F e3O4/壳聚糖核壳磁性微球。以及不同pH值及其配比对壳聚糖磁性微球处理造纸废水的影响。结果:得到了壳聚糖磁性微球对造纸废水进行处理的较佳工艺条件。结论:壳聚糖磁性微球对造纸废水处理工艺切实可行。
Objective: To study the reaction conditions of preparation of magnetic microspheres and explore the effect of chitosan magnetic microspheres to paper wastewater treatment. Methods: Monodisperse high magnetic Fe3O4/chitosan core-shell microspheres are prepared by means of reverse phase suspension process using Fe3O4 as core and glutaric dialdehycleas dispersed medium. Results: Better condition for treatment of pulp and paper wastewater was obtal by ned by chitosan magnetic microsphere. Conclusion: It is good method for treatment of pulp and paper wastewater chitosan magnetic microsphere.
