Brain-derived erythropoietin and its effects on brain ischemic tolerance

摘要 脑源性EPO的发现和研究,为探讨脑缺血耐受机制提供了新的视角,也为脑缺血的防治提供了新的启示。笔者就EPO在脑组织中的分布、表达和在脑缺血时发挥的脑缺血耐受作用的新近研究做一综述。 The finding and study of brain-derived erythropoietin (EPO) will provide new insight into mechanisms of brain isehemic tolerance and new inspiration for the prevention and cure of cerebral isehemie. The article reviews the present studies of the disperse and expression of EPO in brain tissues and its effect on brain ischemic tolerance.
