摘要
基于Dialogic语音板卡,首先介绍了SRL事件机制及其相关的技术特点,分析了在呼叫业务中挂机事件发生的技术机理,在此基础上以“湖北工业大学教务成绩查询系统”的搭建为例,重点介绍了如何在具体的工程中实现通道状态的实时监测和通道的及时清空,为其它的呼叫中心系统的开发和设计提供了一定的借鉴.
Based on Dialogic PCI voice board, the SRL (Standard Runtime Library) affair mechanism and the technique characteristics are introduced. The method is analyzed as to get the signal when a user hangs up. The realization of a whole call model is dealt with that can clear the voice channel in time by using the educational administration grade query system of the Hubei University of Technology. This can set a good example to other call center projects.
