甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮或中药治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of MTX Combined with Mifepristone or Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮或中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:A组:MTX单次肌内注射并口服米非司酮,B组:MTX单次肌内注射并口服中药,对照组:MTX(50 mg/m2)单次肌内注射。定期监测血-βHCG水平及阴道B超监测包块情况直至正常。结果:治愈率A组82.1%、B组81.2%对照组72.5%,A、B两组较对照组明显缩短血-βHCG降至正常所需的时间,减少住院日(P<0.01),A、B两组间没有明显的差异(P>0.05),但B组副反应明显比A组少(P<0.05)。结论:MTX单次肌内注射联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好、副反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective： To seek an effective, simple and highly successful conservative method that no negative affect on their reproductive function in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed as unrupture tubal pregnancy that be divided into three groups. Group （A） was treated with （MTX） single-dose （50 mg/m^2） intramuscular injection combined with oral Mifepristone （RU486）, Group （B） treated with MTX single-dose （50 mg/m^2） intramuscular injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the contrast group treated with MTX single-dose （50 mg/m2） intramuscular injection only. After treatment, the serum β-HCG levels and trans-vaginal B-ultrasonic inspection were examined until retum to normal level. Results： The curative rate was 82.1%, 81.2%, and 72.5% in Group A, Group B, and control group, separately. The shorten time that β-HCG retum to normal level, less time of hospitalization in Group A and Group B significantly differed from the control group （P 〈 0.01）. But there was no difference between Group and Group B （P 〉 0.05）. However,The side effect in Group B was less than Group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The combination of single-dose MTX intramuscular injection with traditional Chinese medicinal in treating tubal pregnancy is a highly effective and minor side effect method, it was worth to popularizing in clinical practice.
