帕罗西汀与奎硫平合用治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

Curative effect of Paroxetine Combined with Quetiapine in Treating Depression

目的评价帕罗西汀合用奎硫平对抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将80名抑郁症病人随机分为两组,各40例。实验组为帕罗西汀合用奎硫平治疗组,对照组单用帕罗西汀治疗。以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)作疗效评定,以不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定副反应,观察时间为6周。结果实验组显效时间平均为(12.31±4.65)d,在治疗第2和第6周末时实验组HAMD评分与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组不同时间的TESS总分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀合用奎硫平治疗抑郁症起效早,疗效好,安全性高。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine in treating depression. [Methods] 80 patients of depression were randomly divided into two groups： the case group （ Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine） and the control group （Paroxetine only）. Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） was applied to evaluate the curative effect and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS） was applied to evaluate the side effects. The study lasted for 6 weeks. [Results] The obvious effect period of the case group was （ 12.31± 4.65） days, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. However, no significant difference was found in the total TESS amount between the two groups. [ Conclusion] It is effective and safe to use Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine to treat depression.
