摘要
目的:对天津市公共卫生人力资源配置进行调查分析。方法:从公共卫生人员的数量、受教育情况、职称等方面,对公共卫生人员进行了全面的调查,对人员的配置量和人员素质进行分析评价。结果:公共卫生人员从总量上(2.41人/万人)基本满足要求,但学历结构、职称结构和学历构成分布不平衡。结论:天津市公共卫生机构对于高素质专业人才需求较大,并应积极开展公共卫生人员的继续学历教育和专业培训。
Objective: To study the manpower resource of public health in Tianjin. Methods: To survey and appraise completely on number, education and technical post of the public health people, Results: The number (2.41 every ten thousands)of the public health people meet the demands,however the structure of the educational level, the technical post and the education is imbalance. Conclusions: There is a great deal of professional were in demand in public health field, and there should be developing sequel-education and specialty training of the pubic health specialty.
