天津市公共卫生人力资源现况调查

目的:对天津市公共卫生人力资源配置进行调查分析。方法:从公共卫生人员的数量、受教育情况、职称等方面,对公共卫生人员进行了全面的调查,对人员的配置量和人员素质进行分析评价。结果:公共卫生人员从总量上(2.41人/万人)基本满足要求,但学历结构、职称结构和学历构成分布不平衡。结论:天津市公共卫生机构对于高素质专业人才需求较大,并应积极开展公共卫生人员的继续学历教育和专业培训。

Objective： To study the manpower resource of public health in Tianjin. Methods： To survey and appraise completely on number, education and technical post of the public health people, Results： The number （2.41 every ten thousands）of the public health people meet the demands,however the structure of the educational level, the technical post and the education is imbalance. Conclusions： There is a great deal of professional were in demand in public health field, and there should be developing sequel-education and specialty training of the pubic health specialty.
