摘要
用盖顶冻土管将祁连山草甸草原土壤的原状土柱从3 100 m移植到海拔2 900 m和2 600 m处培养和分析。研究结果表明,随着气温升高,该土壤的氮素净氨化速率、净硝化速率、净矿化速率有明显的增加趋势,这说明气候变暖将增强该区土壤氮素的矿化作用。
In order to explore the impact of climate warming on the soil nitrogen mineralization, the cultivation was made by transferring intact soil cores of meadow grassland from 3 100 m higher-elevation to 2 900 m and 2 600 m lower-elevation site respectively in the Pailugou watershed in Qilian Mountains. The results showed that with the dsing of temperature, the net ammonification rate, the net nitrification rate and the net mineralization rate have a significant increasing trend. Therefore climate warming will enhance the soil nitrogen mineralization in the region.
