侧基含磷阻燃共聚酯/BaSO_4纳米复合材料的合成与性能研究 被引量:5

Synthesis and Properties of Flame Retardant Copolyesters Containing Phosphorus Linked Pendent Groups/BaSO_(4) Nanocomposites

摘要 采用原位聚合法(in-situpolymerization),由对苯二甲酸(TPA)、乙二醇(EG)、阻燃单体9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷酰杂菲-丁二酸(DDP)和纳米BaSO4制备了侧基含磷阻燃共聚酯/BaSO4纳米复合材料,对反应产物结构进行了表征.通过对产物燃烧和热稳定性的研究,发现产物具有良好的阻燃和耐熔滴性能. The flame retardant eopolyesters containing phosphorus linked pendent groups/BaSO4 nanoeomposite, derived from 9,10-dihydro- 10 [ 2,3-di (hydroxyearbonyl) propyl ] 10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DDP), terephthalie acid (TPA), ethylene glyeol(EG) and the barium sulfate sol were synthesized by in-situ polyeondensation. The resulting materials were characterized by FTIR, ^1HNMR and TEM. The thermal stability, flammability and flame retardaney were also investigated. The results showed that this kind of nanoeomposite has very good thermal stability, flame retardaney and anti-dripping effect.
