实验性家兔肝脏日本血吸虫卵肉芽肿的体视学研究

A STEREOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE GRANULOMAS AROUND SCHISTOSOMA JAPNICUM EGGS IN LIVERS OF RABBITS

用体视学方法对实验性家兔肝内日本血吸虫卵性肉芽肿及其各组分进行形态计量研究，并用该方法对吡喹酮抗血吸虫病的治疗效果进行了评价，结果表明体视学方法用于血吸虫卵肉芽肿形态计量研究具有原理简单、测量方便、运算简捷、可获得大量三维结构信息等特点，并可为今后抗血吸虫药物疗效考核及新药筛选提供新的评价手段。

This paper reports for the first time the study on the granuloma around Schistosoma japonicum eggs in the livers of rabbits with stereological methods.The anti-schistosoma effects of praziquantel were then evaluated by this method. The results suggest that with its simple principle,easy and quick measurement and calculation,the stereological method could be used in experimental morphological study of granulomas and the evaluation of anti-schistosome effects of drugs and is expected to open up a new path for further investigations in this field.
