孕鼠感染弓形虫后的动态病理变化观察

OBSERVATION ON THE DYNAMIC PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN PREGNANT MICE INFECTED WITH TOXOPLASMA GONDII

经昆明种孕鼠尾静脉注射弓形虫ＮＴ强毒株滋养体孵育液，于注射后第２、４、８、１２、２４、４８、７２ｈ分批处死，动态观察孕鼠各主要脏器的病理变化。结果表明在肺、肾、肝、脾、心等脏器的实质细胞核内或胞浆内均发现弓形虫，引起的病理变化均为非特异性，表现为实质细胞的轻度变性、坏死及少量淋巴细胞、单核细胞浸润。本实验结果提示在积极预防、治疗先天性弓形虫病胎儿发育异常的同时，对母体各脏器的功能、形态学变化需引起足够的重视，这是降低先天性弓形虫病发病率的关键。

The pregnant mice of Kunming were intravenously injected with trophozoites of virulent strain NT of Toxoplasma gondii via tail and then killed respectively at the 2nd,4th,8th,12th,24th,48th and 72nd hour after injection.The dynamic pathological changes in heart,liver,spleen,lungs and kidney of pregnant mice were observed.The results indicated that Toxoplasma gondii was found in the nucleus or cytoplasma of cells of lungs,kidney,liver,spleen and heart,and that the pathological changes,which manifested slight degeneration,necrosis of cells and infiltration of a few lymphocytes and monocytes,were nonspecific.The results suggested that great attention should be paid to the funtional and pathological changes in major organs of pregnant women while the abnormal embryogenesis of congenital toxoplasmosis is prevented and treated actively,and that this is the crux to decrease the incidence of congenital toxoplasmosis.
