摘要
本文根据弓形虫主要表面抗原基因的序列，自行设计合成了两对寡聚脱氧核糖核苷酸片段，构建了弓形虫特异的ＰＣＲ检测体系。经对弓形虫ＤＮＡ及人、鼠弓形虫病的初步检测，证明本ＰＣＲ体系具有敏感性高、特异性强、适用面广等特点。
Two pairs of primers were designed and synthesized based on the sequence of Toxoplasma gondii P30 gene,and the nested PCR was constructed.The experiments showed that the present PCR kit can detect T.gondii DNA and diagnose toxoplasmosis with high specificity and sensitivity.
