摘要
采用热压烧结(HP)技术制备了界面结合紧密、结构完整的Ti/Al2O3梯度功能材料,并分别在1 000℃、600℃温差下对其抗热冲击及抗热疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明:在热冲击和热疲劳实验过程中材料均无梯度层间横向贯穿裂纹,没有发生失稳断裂,具有良好的抗热冲击性能和热应力缓和性能。
The close - knit interface and full structure of Ti/Al2O3 functionally graded materials (FGM) were obtained by hot pressing sintering method, its thermal shock resistance was studied under the temperature difference 1 000 ℃ and 600 ℃. The results show that no crosssection crevice through the graded layer was found during the process of thermal shock and the material did not rapture. The materials have good characters of thermal stress relaxation and high temperature.
