Effect of Volume Fraction on Cement-based Piezoelectric Composites

摘要 采用切割-填充法,以硫铝酸盐水泥为基体,铌镁锆钛酸铅(简称PMN)为压电功能体制备了1-3型硫铝酸盐水泥基压电复合材料。研究了压电陶瓷体积分数对1-3型水泥基压电复合材料的压电性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着PMN体积分数增大,压电应变常数d33呈非线性增大,压电电压常数g33呈非线性减小。平面和厚度机电耦合系数Kp和Kt及介电常数εr随PMN体积分数的增大而增大,在低频段和高频段,其介电常数随频率的变化较平稳,表现出良好的介电频率稳定性。 Composites of 1 - 3 type were fabricated from PMN and sulphoaluminate cement by cut- filling process. Volume fraction dependence of the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of 1 - 3 type piezoelectric composites is studied. The results show that the piezoelectric voltage factor g33 decreases nonlinearly with the volume fraction of the piezoelectric ceramic phase increasing, but piezoelectric strain factor d33, dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp and Kt increase. At lower and higher frequencies, the dielectric constant changes steadily, which exhibits good dielectric - frequency stability.
