摘要
研究了Lu-Eu-诺氟沙星(NFLX)-十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)组成的共发光体系。研究发现Lu^3+的加入,使Eu-NFLX-SIS体系的荧光强度提高了7倍。在最佳试验条件下,Eu^3+的线性范围是3.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-6mol/L,当信噪比为3时,Eu^3+的检出限为4.4×10^-9mol/L,建立了一种较灵敏的Eu^3+的测定方法。
A new kind of enhancement fluorescence system Lu - Eu - norfloxacin - sodium lauryl sulfate was found. The characteristics of fluorescence of tiffs system were studied in detail. The effect of the experimental conditions on the fluorescence intensity was defined. By adding suitable amount of Lu^3+ to the Eu - norfloxacin - sodium lauryl sulfate system, the fluorescence can be enhanced by 7 times. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of Eu^3+ in the system is 3.0× 10^-8 1.0× 10^-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 4.4× 10^-9 mol/L.The application of the system for the determination of trace Eu^3+ in the rare earth samples gave satisfactory results.
