摘要
本文研究了去铁胺(DFO)对人早幼粒白血病细胞株HL-60细胞增殖的影响,发现DFO在体外能较强的抑制HL-60细胞的DNA合成、细胞生长和集落形成。经流式细胞光度计分析,DFO特异地抑制了HL-60细胞周期的S期。结果说明DFO不仅是一种用于治疗铁负荷过多的铁螯合剂,而在体外亦有较强的抗白血病细胞增殖的使用。
The effect of desferroxamine(DFO) on the proliferative activity of human promylocyte leukemiccell line HL-60 cells has been investigated. The results fascinatingly showed that desferroxamine wasa potent inhibitor of DNA synthesis, colony formation as well as growth of leukemic cells in vitro.The target action was proved at S phase of the cell cycle with Flow Cytometry. Thus, according toour work, desferroxamine is not only a chelating agent for the treatment of iron overload, but alsohas potent antileukemic cell property in vitro.
