The appearance and the development of nanotechnology symbolized humanity＇s science and technology enters for a brand - new time. A nanotechnology is a cognitional revolution and opens the new level at which the humanity know the world , which caused the humanity＇s s ability to transform the natural to extend directly to the atom and the molecule, and production method to realizes a quantitive leap. It is portentous of great change on methods of thinking and practising in human society.
