为积极应对和解决校园性侵犯的问题,研究不能停留在案例剖析和防范措施等现象和技术层面,而要加强学理及法理上的反思。在学理方面,国外和台湾的研究具有借鉴价值。从立法方面看,校园性侵犯具有一些独特的特点,又存在着认识上的误区,其立法还需要一个过程。

For the responsible reply and resolvation of the problem of sexual violation in campus, the reflections on theory and legislation are needed. On the theoretical analysis, there is reference value in the research of overseas. And in the view of legislation, sexual violation in campus has some characteristics and some cognitive limitation on it.
