摘要
提高自主创新能力,转变经济增长方式,走新型工业化道路,已成为“十一五”规划的战略目标,区域经济整合与机制创新是推动区域产业融入全球产业体系的重要途径,是提升区域经济在全球经济竞争中的有效手段。
To raise self--innovative ablility, change the growth model of economy and take a new road of industrialization have become the strategic goal of the Fifth Five--year Plan. The conformity and systemtatic iimovation are important for regional industry to merge into global industrial system and helpful to compete in the global economy.
