摘要
知识经济的到来使教育必须承担培养出学会求知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会发展的人才的使命。因之教师必须拥有高尚的职业道德和专家型教师的内涵。应该从智力品质和人文品质两方面入手,将广大的人民教师练就成专家型教师。
As knowledge economics is coming the education undertake a huge task. to improve the talents of learning to know, to do, to live together and to develop. Therefore, teachers should have the connotation both of noble vocational morality and expert-style, and then they should be cultivated as expert-style teachers in view of intelligence and humanities quality.
