知识联盟对区域竞争力影响的探讨

On the influence of intellectual alliance upon regional competition power

文章从知识特性的角度,诠释知识联盟的形成并界定其内涵;理出了区域竞争力的脉络,归纳区域竞争力的理论基础。在此基础上,论述了知识联盟的空间实现形式,知识联盟对区域产业、企业竞争力和区域科技竞争力的影响,探讨了政府在此间的作用,并提出了几点建议。

This paper defines the formation and the connotation of the intellectual alliance from the perspective of intellectual features. Then the paper goes on to clarify the train of studies on regional competition power, sums up its theoretical basis; analyzes its connotation. On this ground, the paper argues the special realizing form of the intellectual alliance on regional industry, enterprise competition power and regional sci-tech competition power. In the end, this paper discusses the corresponding functions of the government, and puts forward some suggestions as well.
