Wordsworth＇s idea about poetic creation is that in poetry the language in people＇s daily life should be adopted to describe orclinary incidents and situations. The main purpose of this essay is to analyze this idea reflected in Tintern Abbey in terms of content and language of poetry and feelingsexpressed in it. Besides, the changes in Wordsworth＇s attitudes towards nature and his ideas of pantheism reflected in this poem is explored as well.
