Learning strategies, as part of the study of individual differences in Second Language Acquisition, have drawn much attention of the researchers concerned day by day ,The paper analyses＇ several factors that influence language learners＇ choice and use of learning strategies and offers instructions about English language teaching and learning. It points out that the key to a successful English language teaching and learning lies in reasonable regulation of the factors influencing learners＇ choice and use of learning strategies from the angle＇ of learners ,themselves.
