This article elucidates the Mi words systematically, and analyzes Chinese characters＇ developing disciplinarian from Mi words＇ apperception showing meaning and pronunciation from the figure. One of the most important ways to show meaning from their figures of Chinese characters is apperception. It makes Chinese character develop systematically and orderly with the help of many ways of apperception. The apperception of Mi words reflects the cognition and recognition foundation of Chinese characters＇ formation-cognition from the formation, and Chinese words＇ function of culture reflection.
