Cultivation Legal Consciousness of Elite Athletes in New Period

优秀运动员存在法律知识欠缺、法律意识淡薄、运用法律武器保护自己利益的意识不足和存在违法乱纪甚至违法犯罪等问题。加强对优秀运动员法律意识的培养是运动员健康成长的需要,也是我国竞技体育可持续发展和社会主义精神文明建设的需要。为此,要改进法律教育手段,营造法治氛围,强化环境育人,用心理疏导和道德教育相结合等方法来提高优秀运动员的法律意识。

Among elite athletes, there are many shortcomings such as they are short of legal knowledge, legal consciousness is faint, consciousness of using law weapon to protcct oncsclfis insuffi- cient, and some athletes violate discipline and even commit the crime. Cultivating elite athletes＇ legal consciousness is the need of athletes growing up healthy and our country＇ s sports sustainable development and of socialist spiritual civilization. We should reform the teaching method of the legal knowledge, build the atmosphere governed by law and strengthen the environment educating people and train good psychological quality combining with moral education method to cultivate elite athletes＇ legal consciousness.
