摘要
在实地调查的基础上,对国家商务部机构改革问题作了分析。商务部是政府追求新的角色定位和职能优化的结果,顺应了内外贸一体化的历史趋势。文章对内外贸管理协调、政府职能定位等问题进行了分析,提出了深化商务部机构改革的建议。
The author analyzes the organizational reform of the Ministry of Commerce based on on-the-spot investigation. The establishment of the Ministry of Commerce is in accordance with the historical trend of the integration of home and abroad business and is the result of government chasing new role localization and function optimization. This paper analyzes home and abroad business management correspondence and function localization in the meantime the author makes a deep study of the organizational reform of the Ministry of Commerce.
