摘要
美国黑人文学又称美国非洲裔文学,它的发展同美国的黑人文化、种族身份、政治地位等的发展密切相关。发端于20世纪20年代纽约市黑人聚居区-哈莱姆的“黑人文艺复兴”(又称哈莱姆文艺复兴)是美国黑人文学以成熟的姿态进入美国文坛的标志。本文从社会意识对社会存在有反作用的观点出发,回顾了黑人文学发展繁荣的简要历史,透析了人权状况在其发展过程中尤其是在哈莱姆文艺复兴中的凸显。
Also called the Afro-American literature, the American black literature maintains a close relation with the Black culture, the ethnic status as well as political conditions in the course of its development, Sprouting from the black community of NY in the 1920s, the "Renaissance of the Black Literature" (Harlem Renaissance) firstly stepped on the stage of the American literature as a mature component. Based on the principle that social consciousness counter-acts on social being, the paper discusses deliberately the embodiment of human rights in the black literature through tracing back to the history of its development.
