摘要
大鼠实验性心肌梗塞后的左室dp/dt max、梗塞区胶元含量与非梗塞区心肌纤维直径、以及梗塞区与非梗塞区离体组织条~3H-亮氨酸的参入速度三者间在时相上和数量上都密切相关,提示梗塞区的修复与非梗塞区心肌的代偿性肥大是心肌梗塞后心功能恢复的结构基础,而梗塞后心脏组织蛋白质合成能力的增强则是影响上述结构改变的重要因素之一。
Left coronary arteries were ligated in rats, which caused infarct size of 40% left ventricle. Thefollowing indices: (1) left ventricular dp/dt max; (2) collagenation in infarcted area and diameters ofcardiac fibers in non-infarcted area; and (3) ~3H-leucine incoroeration in isolated tissue slices fromboth infarcted and non-infarcted areas were determined 2,5,9, 15 and 21 days after myocardialinfarction. The results showed that the indices in the three aspects above were correlated significantlyon time courses and quantities. Thus, the repair of infarcted arca and the cardiac hypertophy in non-infarcted area were the structural bases for recovery of cardiac function after myocardial infarction,the incrcase of capacity for protein synthesis in cardiac tissues being their fundamental metabolicbases.
