107例少年结肠镜检查结果分析

Analysis of colonoscopy results in 107 adolescents

目的了解12～18岁少年大肠疾病内镜检查情况。方法回顾分析某院内镜中心1995年1月-2004年12月10年间因各种原因行结肠镜检查的12～18岁少年的检查结果。结果共有107例少年接受结肠镜检查，主要原因为腹痛、腹泻、便血等，其中有95例（88．79％）到达盲肠。所有受检者均未出现出血、穿孔等并发症。检查结果正常者65例（60．75％）；异常者42例（39．25％）。病变分别为慢性结（直）肠炎17例（15．89％），大肠息肉lO例（9．35％），溃疡性结肠炎7例（6．54％），大肠息肉病3例（2．80％），克罗恩病2例（1．87％），大肠癌2例（1．87％）。肠鞭虫病1例（0．93％）。结论结肠镜检查对12～18岁少年是安全和必要的。各种大肠疾病在少年中有一定发病率，对有家族史及慢性腹部症状者，应及时检查和治疗。

Objective To study the eolonoscopy results in adolescents. Methods A retrospective study was performed in patients from 12 to 18 years old who underwent colonoscopic examinations in a hospital between January 1995 and December 2004. Results A total of 107 patients received colonoseopic examination. The main rnanifestations were abdominal pain, diarrhea and hematochezia. The endoscopes reached appendices in 95 patients （88.79%）. None of the patients occurred eornplications such as haemorrhage or perforation. The examination results in 42 cases （39.25%） were abnormal, 17 （15.89%） of whom were with chronic eolorectitis, 10 （9.35%） were large intestinal polyp, 7 （6.54%） were ulcerative colitis, 3 （2.80 % ） were large intestinal polyposis, 2（1.87 % ） were crohn＇ s disease, 2 （1.87 % ） were large intestinal carcinoma, 1 （0.93%） were intestinal flagellosis. Conclusion It is safe and necessary to perform endoscopic examination in adolescents fmrn 12 to 18 years old. Patients with familial history or chronic abdominal symptoms should have examination and treatment in time.
