摘要
提出了一种基于IP的视频传输方案,描述了其中的核心技术,给出了硬件和软件的实现方法。实验证明该方案具有结构简单,画面清晰,延时小的特点。
A new video transmission method is presented based on IP technology. The key technique of this method and the realization of hardware and software are described. The experiment results prove that the structure of the system is simple, the transmitted image is clear and the delay is less.
