我国新闻舆论监督的现状透视及完善路径

随着社会发展过程中政府行政权力的不断扩大,我国新闻舆论监督因其自身的特点和作用机制,成为行政权力监督与规范的一种必然方式。但我国新闻舆论监督是处于特有社会体制下的,形式上是传媒在监督,而本质上是一种党和政府权力的延伸或补充,从而产生监督中权力渗透的现状。基于此种特有问题,应主要从新闻立法、新闻舆论监督的氛围、职能监督机关与舆论监督部门的合作以及新闻舆论部门人员素质几个方面积极探寻我国新闻舆论监督的完善路径。

Along with the government executive authority unceasingly expanding in the process of society＇s development, our country journalistic public opinion supervision become a necessary mode of executive authority supervision and standardization because of its one＇s own characteristic and function way. But our country journalistic public opinion supervision is in our country unique society system. The supervision is formally related to the media, but it is essentially a kind of prolongation or supplement of party and the government authority. Thus there is a phenomena of authority seepage in the supervision. Based on this kind of unique question, we should mainly from the news legislation, the atmosphere of journalistic public opinion supervision, the function surveillance institution and the supervision of public opinion department＇s cooperation as well as the personnel quality of journalistic public opinion department, search the perfecting way of our country journalistic public opinion supervision.
