摘要
文章在揭示人类社会发展的一般规律的基础上,进一步深入研究并揭示了执政党执政的普遍规律,指出“民主与改革”是政权巩固的基础,是跳出黄炎培先生所讲的“周期率”的根本途径。中国共产党在遵循社会发展规律和普遍执政规律的基础上,还应遵循自身的特殊规律。探索和掌握这些特殊规律,是探索的落脚点和最终目的。文章从六个方面揭示了这些特殊规律。
The Articlehas revealed the general law of human deuelopment by studying the socid histrry of human development. And reveals the universal law in power,pointing out that＂ Democracy and Reform＂ is the foundation of the power. The law of power of the Communist Party of China has the special law of itself, besides obeying the law of the development of society and the law of power. The article explores these special laws from six aspeets.
