摘要
董仲舒上《天人三策》的时间是治西汉思想史的一大关键。但由于原始史料的局限,这一时间问题的考证久未定论,争论至今主要有建元元年说和元光元年说两种观点。文章以《天人三策》的自身内容为主要依据,参考其他史料,对此问题进行考证,分别指出了建元元年说和元光元年说的纰漏,并经过认真求证,提出了董仲舒上《天人三策》的时间当在元光五年的观点。
The time of Dong Zhongshu writfing ＂ Tian - Ren San Ce＂ is a key to study Xi - Han Dynasty intellectual history. But because of primitive limitation of historical data, so far the problem has been unresolved. The present, two standpoints （ the first year in Jian- Yuan era and the first year in Yuan -Guang era） are leading. This article investigates the problem, points out some mistakes of two main standpoints according to the content of ＂ Tian - Ren San Ce ＂and some other historical data, and raises the standpoint of ＂the fifth year in Yuan - Guang＂.
