Comment on the Crisis of the Margin Supervision and Legal Measures in Futures Market

文章从分析我国期货市场保证金制度的特征出发,结合实践中的案例,分析了现行保证金监管制度的危机和缺陷,并从完善法律制度、改进评价标准、健全预警体系等方面,提出了改进保证金监管制度的建议。

This article analyzes the actual and shortages of the margin supervision from analyzing the characters of the margin in our futures market and the real cases in practice. Consequently, this article put fouward some suggestions to improve the margin supervision such as reform the law, amend the appraise standard and improve on the forecast system.
