摘要
针对水面浮油去除问题,研究了新型水面浮油去除材料--膨胀石墨(EG)的制备,分析了膨胀石墨的结构,通过实验研究了膨胀石墨对水上浮油的去除效果,研究了温度、pH值等因素对膨胀石墨浮油吸附效果的影响.结果表明:膨胀石墨材料对水面浮油处理效果受环境因素的影响较小,同传统的活性炭相比,吸附量大10~20倍.
To remove the floating oil on the surface of water, exfoliate graphite (EG), a new kind of material is proposed; the preparation and the structure of EG are analyzed. Experiments are made to test the efficiency of removing the floating oil on the surface of water with EG and the effects of factors such as temperature, PH value, etc. on the EG's efficiency of oil-sorption. The experiments show that EG's oil absorbing function tends to be less affected by the environmental factors and its absorbing capacity is 10~20 times larger than that of active carbon, the traditional sorption material.
