摘要
用不同浓度的乙醇溶液浸提粗蜂胶,利用芦丁标准曲线法测定各溶液中黄酮类化合物的含量,表明80%的提取效果最好。选择80%乙醇提取粗蜂胶经过滤、浓缩制成纯蜂胶,冷冻保存,并进一步探讨了蜂胶口服液的制备。
Extracted rough propolis by ethanol of different concentration, and measured the content of total flavonoid compound of each solution by standard curve of fagopyrol, the results showed that the effect of 80 % ethanol was the best. Then chose propolis extracted with 80 % ethanol to prepare pure propolis. Furthermore, the preparation of oral liquid of propolis was also discussed.
