摘要
对蛋氨酸、氢氧化铬、六水合三氯化铬及蛋氨酸螯合铬的红外光谱进行比较研究,并分析得到谱图中出现的位于1612cm-1、1583cm-1、1510cm-1、1408cm-1、3420cm-1、3298cm-1、3239cm-1和1657cm-1附近红外峰,对其进行了较详细的归属,结果表明这些峰与样品配位密切相关,蛋氨酸铬螯合物红外光谱图的变化定性反映其分子结构。
The IR spectrum of Met, CrCl3·6H2O, Cr (OH)3 and Methionine Chromium had been assigned. And some important IR bands were discussed. The results showed that bands around 1 612 cm^-1 and 1 408 cm^-1 could be ascribed to the out-of-plane vibrations of carboxyl. What's more, that bands around 1 583 cm^-1, 1 510 cm^-1 ,3 298 cm^-1 and 3 239 cm^-1 could be ascribed to the out-of-plane vibrations of amidogen. Some of bands in the spectra of Methionine Chromium were related closely to chelate. According to these bands, the extent and type of the Methionine Chromium could be primarily judged.
